My dueling aspects to my degree (A Bible major with a Biology minor) continue to have fun in the debate over Science and the Bible. Here is an article in the that very conservative paper, the San Francisco Chronicle, which does its best to make Christians appear ignorant and egregious. As always, comments coveted.

What does this have to do with education? Johnny is a modern Achilles. There, I think that justifies the post.

I found this article from Charlotte of interest. I don’t think the article draws clear lines between how memorizing and performing poetry will lead to higher literacy, but it is a great conversation for those of us in CCE.
